Delivery
We offer delivery within 2–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email with any tracking information.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within these 14 days.
Returns
For returns, the following applies:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
- The item must be well-packaged to avoid damage during transport
- We recommend that you save the receipt or tracking number for the return
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount for the item will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
