Shipping policy

Delivery
We offer delivery within 2–5 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days to other European countries, from the time your order has been confirmed. During peak season or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Returns
The following applies to returns:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
• The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport
• We recommend that you keep the receipt or tracking number for your return

The amount for the item will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
