Every record and film in our range undergoes a thorough review to ensure a high standard.

Vinyl Record Grading

All our vinyl records are graded according to international standards:

• M / Mint: The record is completely unused, in perfect condition with an undamaged cover.
  
• NM / Near Mint: The record is in excellent condition with minimal or no use.
  
• VG+ / Very Good Plus: The record may show very slight signs of use, but the sound is perfect.
  
• VG / Very Good: The record has surface scratches or minor wear, but is fully playable.
  
• G / Good: Visible wear or scratches that may cause minor sound interference.
  
• F / Fair: Heavier scratches or wear, but the record is still playable.

Delivery

We offer delivery within 2–5 business days from the time your order has been confirmed. During high season or promotions, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email with any available tracking information.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs start at 49 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 399 SEK.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within these 14 days.

Returns

For returns, the following applies:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
  
• The item must be well packaged to avoid damage during transit
  
• We recommend that you save the receipt or tracking number for the return
  

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount for the item will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
